Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure the quality of the food items and notify manager if a product does not meet specifications
- Ensure production of food in a timely manner
- Prepare food so that quality, taste and appearance of food is in accordance with Horseshoe Bay Resort standards
- Control proper usage and rotation of food
- Maintain top organization and cleanliness in all walk-in coolers and food storage areas
- Maintain a neat, clean and sanitary workstation and ensure overall kitchen cleanliness
- Engage members and guests in an open kitchen, explaining products and building positive relationships
