Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 years kitchen management experience
  • skilled in cooking and cost controls
  • management experience
  • crew training and development skills
  • knowledge of kitchen and dish washing procedures
  • knowledge of food and beverage costs and labor costs
  • computer proficiency in Excel, databases, word processing, and Micros
  • capable of running all kitchen operations
  • familiar with operations and procedures of entertainment facilities
  • college degree
  • physical ability to lift 150 lbs
  • able to stand for 10 - 12 hours
  • able to tolerate extreme heat
  • able to work in fast paced environment
  • COVID-19 vaccination required subject to exemptions

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 3 years kitchen management experience

  • working knowledge of kitchen and dish washing procedures
  • knowledge of food and beverage costs, labor costs, and product cost
  • proficient in computer skills including Excel worksheets, databases, word processing, and Micros
  • ability to run all kitchen operations
  • knowledge of operations and procedures of a multi-faceted entertainment facility
  • college degree
  • able to lift at least 150 lbs
  • able to stand for long periods of time (10 - 12 hours)
  • able to tolerate extreme heat
  • able to work in a fast paced environment
  • COVID-19 vaccination required subject to legally valid exemptions

Job Duties

  • responsible for all food and food related costs
  • manage procedures and ensure quality control
  • oversee all back of house labor percentage and budgets
  • manage kitchen operations including cooking, cost controls, crew training and development
  • monitor kitchen and dish washing procedures
  • maintain accurate records using computer software including Excel and Micros
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
