Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years supervisory experience or five years culinary experience
  • open availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties
  • willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of supervisory experience or five years of culinary experience in high volume full-service restaurant kitchen
  • knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety standards
  • ability to lead and support a team
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • understanding of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
  • flexibility to work AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays
  • passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Oversee preparation of food in all areas during assigned shift
  • prepare fish and meats
  • assist and support kitchen team members
  • set up daily specials and happy hour food
  • visually inspect food quality and presentation
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company food handling and food storage procedures
