Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Open availability to work AM and PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a passion for hospitality and teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of supervisory experience in a kitchen environment
  • Five years culinary experience in a high volume and fast-paced full-service restaurant kitchen
  • Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee preparation of food in all areas during assigned shift
  • Prepare fish and meats
  • Assist and support kitchen team members
  • Set up daily specials and happy hour food
  • Visually inspect food quality and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company food handling and food storage procedures
