Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in restaurant supervision
  • Knowledge of health department standards
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Understanding of food handling and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Assist management team in restaurant operations
  • Maintain high quality standards for food production and presentation
  • Ensure sanitation and safety compliance
  • Evaluate and assign work to staff
  • Manage and mentor hourly associates
  • Communicate professionally with associates, guests, purveyors, partners and community members
  • Oversee training of newly hired Heart-Of-House associates
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and laws related to food handling and alcohol service
