Job Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant supervision
- Knowledge of health department standards
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Effective communication skills
- Understanding of food handling and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties
- Assist management team in restaurant operations
- Maintain high quality standards for food production and presentation
- Ensure sanitation and safety compliance
- Evaluate and assign work to staff
- Manage and mentor hourly associates
- Communicate professionally with associates, guests, purveyors, partners and community members
- Oversee training of newly hired Heart-Of-House associates
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and laws related to food handling and alcohol service
