- At least one year of experience in a leadership culinary role
- strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and accountability
- fluency in all cooking procedures and techniques
- ability to teach, coach, and motivate a diverse workforce
- self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- ability to spend up to 10 hours on your feet and lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties
- Open or close the kitchen, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to standards
- implement, maintain, and monitor White Lodging Way (WLW) processes
- lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team to perform at the highest level
- ensure all cooking procedures and recipes are executed consistently
- support the achievement of department financial goals, AES goals, and guest satisfaction targets
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment
