Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a leadership culinary role
  • strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and accountability
  • fluency in all cooking procedures and techniques
  • ability to teach, coach, and motivate a diverse workforce
  • self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • ability to spend up to 10 hours on your feet and lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties

  • Open or close the kitchen, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to standards
  • implement, maintain, and monitor White Lodging Way (WLW) processes
  • lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team to perform at the highest level
  • ensure all cooking procedures and recipes are executed consistently
  • support the achievement of department financial goals, AES goals, and guest satisfaction targets
  • maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment
