Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- culinary arts degree or certification preferred
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment
- previous kitchen supervisor experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
- adherence to safety protocols
- previous experience in the hotel industry is a plus

- minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment
- proven track record of successful team management and kitchen operations

- ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in recipe adherence and food preparation techniques
- experience with scheduling and staff management
- experience with specific point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
- knowledge of various culinary techniques and cuisines preferred
- experience with training and developing kitchen staff preferred
Job Duties
- Oversees daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established procedures
- manages inventory, minimizing waste and ordering supplies as needed
- maintains meticulous kitchen sanitation, adhering to all food safety regulations and best practices
- supervises kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback including hiring and scheduling staff
- leads and motivates the kitchen team, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment
- ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, meeting customer expectations
- enforces strict recipe adherence, maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
- assists with food preparation as needed, demonstrating culinary expertise
- controls food costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures
- creates and manages staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
