Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in kitchen supervisory or related role
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in restaurant management or certification from culinary school is preferred
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role

Job Duties
- Ordering materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand
- Supervising kitchen employees and organizing food orders
- Overseeing the food preparation and cooking process
- Training kitchen employees in designated stations
- Monitoring inventory levels and performing weekly inventory assessments
- Working with the restaurant manager to price and alter menu items
- Scheduling work shifts for employees
- Storing all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized
- Maintaining weekly and monthly cost reports
