Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • At least 2 years experience in concessions, arena or restaurant kitchen required
  • Must obtain ServSafe Manager certification
  • Must obtain ServSafe Alcohol certification
  • Must obtain ServSafe Allergens certification
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Ability to keep work areas free of accidents by following kitchen procedures and local health code
  • Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
  • Ability to prepare grilled or fried food maintaining quality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs to the waist
  • Manual dexterity to work with food and utensils
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical capacity for frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, and lifting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in concessions, arena or restaurant kitchen
  • Enrollment in culinary school may substitute for prior work experience
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work with other staff members in the facility
  • Ability to prepare grilled or fried food and maintain quality
  • Attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Fulfilling BEO's and other service requests from each department timely and accurately
  • Preparing and cooking food as needed using grills, fryer, knives, etc
  • Prepping all necessary food items for the daily service as directed
  • Producing high-quality food with excellent taste and presentation standards
  • Breaking down stations, storing all food properly, cleaning work areas and equipment according to Health Department standards
  • Working and maintaining standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Taking direction well and working individually and as a team
  • Maintaining a clean safe working environment
  • Performing other assigned duties to support the Food & Beverage operation
