Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience
- at least 2 years as a supervisor
- no specific licenses or certifications required
- ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and kitchen staff
- determine food presentation and create decorative food displays
- ensure proper portion sizes, layout, and decoration of dishes
- control the quantity of food prepared
- communicate rejected products and special dishes to food and beverage staff
- prepare special meals or substitute products
- assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks
- provide necessary items to cooks
- monitor kitchen inventory and food stocks
- maintain kitchen records for food safety and product compliance
- ensure food quality and report discrepancies to management
- assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, advising, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
- comply with safety and company policies
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- conduct safety training and obtain certifications
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- address guest service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally
- foster positive workplace relationships and support team goals
- meet quality expectations and standards
- perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
