Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary arts or culinary certificate preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in large-scale culinary operations
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership experience in a kitchen setting

  • Culinary arts or culinary certificate preferred
  • At least two years of experience in large, complex kitchen operations
  • Strong focus on food and beverage programs, hospitality, and brand management
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to teach, influence, and encourage team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-confidence and professional maturity

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations including opening and closing tasks
  • Check equipment operability and conduct food safety walkthroughs
  • Monitor team member check-ins and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist Kitchen Management with inventory, preparation, presentation, safety, and sanitation
  • Ensure quality expectations are met in food preparation and motivate cooks for consistent menu items
  • Supervise cleanliness, repair and maintenance, organization, and side work
  • Train kitchen staff on safety techniques and prevent injuries
  • Report equipment repairs, team member injuries, and issues to management
  • Perform other duties as assigned
