Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary arts or culinary certificate preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in large-scale culinary operations
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership experience in a kitchen setting

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including opening and closing tasks
- Check equipment operability and conduct food safety walkthroughs
- Monitor team member check-ins and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist Kitchen Management with inventory, preparation, presentation, safety, and sanitation
- Ensure quality expectations are met in food preparation and motivate cooks for consistent menu items
- Supervise cleanliness, repair and maintenance, organization, and side work
- Train kitchen staff on safety techniques and prevent injuries
- Report equipment repairs, team member injuries, and issues to management
- Perform other duties as assigned
