Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience as line cook, lead, or supervisor
- Must have valid health card or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must have ability to stoop, bend, and exhibit hand dexterity
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English
- Must be enthusiastic and committed to guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older

- Minimum 3 years of experience as line cook, lead, or supervisor
- Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong kitchen and staff management skills
- Ability to handle emergencies accurately and quickly
- Familiarity with industry best practices
- Passion for food service and hospitality
- Working knowledge of G-Suite, POS, and restaurant software
- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Enthusiastic commitment to guest satisfaction

- Basic math skills and understanding of measurements

Job Duties
- Execute all menu items and special guest requests
- Determine par levels and prepare prep lists minimizing waste
- Supervise and coach kitchen staff on service style and safety procedures
- Assign daily and running side work for efficiency
- Oversee cleanliness and report health hazards
- Check and organize food storage areas
- Assist with weekly food inventory and cost analysis
- Provide staff coverage and adjust staffing as needed
- Communicate operational updates with Chef and Manager
- Document staff attendance and manage lateness/absences
- Supervise health and safety inspections
- Work extended hours including evenings and weekends
- Execute opening, transitional, and closing procedures
- Lead pre-shift meetings and task assignments
- Complete daily checklists and temperature logs
- Provide input for diversified menu production
- Organize kitchen workflow and schedules
- Produce high-quality dishes to standards
- Develop food and labor cost knowledge
- Identify and train skilled kitchen staff for advancement
- Utilize resource and time management skills
- Maintain order and cleanliness in kitchen
- Support Chef in interviews and feedback
- Provide feedback on kitchen culture and morale
- Fill in as needed to maintain standards
- Prepare required paperwork and forms
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance
- Place purchase orders and manage vendor invoices
- Learn company policies and report concerns
- Maintain kitchen inspection readiness
- Exhibit and uphold company core values
- Perform all other assigned duties
