Job Requirements
- Mastery of food and beverage responsibilities with at least 3-5 years management experience
- Experience working in a high-volume fast paced restaurant or bar
- Positive attitude and demeanor during times of stress resiliency to overcome and work through it
- Proactively recognizes and seizes opportunities for change and helps others adapt
- Sets a sense of presence upholds standards policies always ensuring order in the kitchen while maintaining FOH relationships
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in menu planning and food preparation techniques
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory control
- Desire and ability to work weekends and non-standard hours including late night as scheduled and needed
- Ability to manage controllable line items analyze and provide input on cost saving measures proper execution and efficient output
- Ability to lead and motivate self and team effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and appreciation for kitchen orderliness and cleanliness
- Must be age 21 or older to apply
- Ability to obtain all required food service licenses or certifications
- Physical ability to stand for long periods bend reach mop sweep kneel lift 25-50 pounds and work in hot and cold conditions

Job Duties
- Supervise day to day kitchen operations while holding self and teams accountable to company standards and the non-negotiable outcome of an amazing guest experience
- Proactively monitor and maintain kitchen inventory levels and supplies
- Place kitchen orders as needed ensuring cost containment and good use of resources
- Make suggestions and actions to eliminate waste
- Create new dishes and recommend new menu items and recipes
- Adhere to policies and procedures and minimize shrinkage
- Ensure kitchen production and quality food presentation for maximum guest experience
- Proactively plan oversee preparation and deliver catering and event orders
- Train new cooks and kitchen personnel
- Help document and ensure recipes are followed with consistent food quality and presentation
- Establish and follow procedures to ensure kitchen cleanliness safety and good repair exceeding health and sanitation regulations
- Meet or exceed cost of goods labor percent goals and KPIs set by management
- Oversee and take direct responsibility for receiving food materials and ingredients based on demand
- Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee online carryout and To Go programs
- Perform open and/or close responsibilities
