Job Requirements
- Three years culinary experience within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation, proper knife handling, temperature control and sanitation
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet production and service time schedules
- Exceptional customer service, leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Current Serve Safe food handlers permit

Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chef in supervising and coordinating the food and beverage activities of the kitchen staff
- Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served efficiently and timely
- Manage kitchen staff in a professional and efficient manner according to guidelines
- Oversee adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinate multiple tasks to meet production and service schedules
- Implement SAVOR recipes, menus and production sheets
- Adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes in kitchen operations
