Job Duties
- Support the management team in the daily supervision of key functions and employees during normal business operations
- help ensure a safe work environment throughout the facility for all employees
- facilitate employee orientation and training
- work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and arrive on time for scheduled shifts with sufficient regularity
- perform other assigned tasks which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
