Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary arts or culinary certificate preferred
- at least two years of kitchen supervisory experience
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong leadership capabilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- Culinary arts or culinary certificate preferred
- at least two years of experience in large, complex kitchen operations
- strong focus on food and beverage programs
- experience in hospitality and brand management

Job Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations including opening and closing tasks
- monitor equipment operability and perform food safety walkthroughs
- supervise and coordinate kitchen team activities and monitor team member check-ins
- assist kitchen management with inventory and preparation
- ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards
- maintain cleanliness, repair and maintenance of kitchen areas
- train kitchen staff on safety and operational procedures
- report equipment repairs and team member issues to management
- perform additional duties as assigned
