- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years culinary experience
- ServSafe certification
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs
- flexibility to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Reviewing banquet event orders (BEOs)
- ordering and requisitioning food
- writing production sheets
- assigning tasks to kitchen staff
- supervising staff
- developing additions to the menu
- training and developing staff
- conducting management operating standards (MOS) training and reviews
- monitoring kitchen equipment functionality
- overseeing daily food production
- ensuring staff safety
