Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years culinary industry experience
- proven leadership ability
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- assist Head Kitchen Manager in food production
- train, manage, and develop kitchen staff team members
- schedule kitchen staff according to labor forecasts and budgets
- develop a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house
- ensure adherence to recipe guidelines for quality, presentation, and food safety
- maintain proper cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- uphold a safe and sanitary work environment by meeting safety and sanitation requirements
- train kitchen staff in sanitation practices and manage cleaning and stock rotation schedules
- complete weekly and monthly food and supply inventories
