Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent or interest in enrolling in employer-paid GED completion program
  • Drive for results and ability to adapt to change with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use POS technology
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a high-performing kitchen team
  • Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure all food products meet Dash In's quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations
  • Provide tools, resources, and ongoing training to empower team members
  • Streamline kitchen processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence in back-of-house operations
  • Work closely with the BOH Manager on inventory, equipment maintenance, and team performance
