Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in commercial kitchen or food production environment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience producing candies, chocolates, and baked goods
  • Experience with cannabis or infusions preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficiency with inventory systems and office equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in food science preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in commercial kitchen or food production environment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience producing candies, chocolates, and baked goods
  • Experience with cannabis or infusions preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficiency with inventory systems and office equipment

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen work environment to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and quality of cannabis-infused products
  • Execute Standard Operating Procedures for kitchen processes and equipment
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement to enhance product offerings
  • Develop and maintain product specification documents, recipes, formulas, and food safety plans
  • Train, develop, and evaluate kitchen staff skills
  • Execute quality assurance and quality control testing for product consistency and efficacy
  • Audit inventory regularly to ensure compliance
  • Maintain cleaning and maintenance schedule for kitchen and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management
