Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage inventory and control costs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory control and cost management
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with casino operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen personnel including servers, cooks, and dishwashers
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations under the direction of the Executive Chef
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory control and manage cost efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • Coordinate with other departments to support seamless restaurant operations
  • Train and develop kitchen staff for improved performance
