Job Requirements

- Possess relevant experience in restaurant or food service operations
- Demonstrate knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Be able to communicate effectively in the main language(s) used at the workplace

- Have the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Be capable of maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in comprehending and expressing Chipotle's commitment to Food With Integrity principles
- Proficiency in the main language(s) spoken in the workplace area
- Having a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Prior background in the restaurant industry is desirable
Job Duties
- Maintain food standards by preparing and cooking meals according to specific customer requests and kitchen protocols
- Keep track of food wastage and stock quantities, addressing any concerns regarding food quality when necessary
- Cultivate a robust team synergy among the back-of-house and front-of-house staff
- Cultivate team members to progress into leadership roles within the kitchen
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with both Crew members and customers to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Keep the kitchen area clean and hygienic at all times
- Supervise kitchen appliances to guarantee they are well-maintained and promptly fixed if any issues arise
- Adhere to all safety protocols to mitigate the risk of injuries and mishaps
- Ensure that Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are fully filled out and Inventory Rotation is carried out according to the First In, First Out (FIFO) method as necessary
