Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous culinary supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment with heat and noise exposure
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Adherence to safety procedures and use of required PPE
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous culinary supervisory experience required, Courtyard Bistro experience helpful
  • Knowledge of food safety, preparation techniques, and kitchen operations
  • Experience working in fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat and noise
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in preparing/cooking menu items according to recipes and portion standards
  • Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served at proper temperatures
  • Assist in menu prep, ingredient storage, and inventory rotation
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen at all times
  • Follow all food safety, HACCP, and health department regulations
  • Will supervise servers, bartenders and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Assist with ordering, receiving and storing deliveries properly
  • Schedule Bistro Team according to operational needs
