Job Requirements

  • current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
  • endorsed by the Executive Chef after working for a minimum of 6 months
  • currently holds a certified trainer position in their current location
  • available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
  • able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
  • ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary
  • authorized to legally work in the US

Job Duties

  • follow proper service standards timely and efficiently
  • execute all tasks on daily, weekly, and monthly accruing list with supervision for management
  • only execute responsibilities and tasks given in your section or as asked
  • follow all health and safety guidelines maintaining proper procedures and reporting to management any hazardous situation or incident
  • understand the importance of orchestrating work rather than performing it directly
  • build a rapport with all team members and management
  • comply with the company’s rules and procedures along with any reasonable requests made from management during a shift
