Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations
  • minimum 1 year supervisory experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage service preferred
  • certification including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid
  • willingness and ability to acquire Food Manager Certification

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in kitchen operations
  • knowledge of food and beverage service operations
  • certification in food handlers and alcohol awareness preferred
  • current CPR and First Aid certification
  • ability to obtain Food Manager Certification as per state regulations

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily kitchen operations ensuring team efficiency and task completion
  • manage food and beverage supplies and support service readiness
  • enforce safe kitchen practices and handle sensitive area access
  • maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
  • supervise and mentor kitchen staff to uphold quality and performance
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow
  • monitor compliance with health codes and company policies
