Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar kitchen supervisory role
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and scheduling
  • Availability to work non-standard hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations in compliance with sustainability guidelines
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain performance standards
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize resource use and reduce waste
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within kitchen workspaces
  • Collaborate with executive chef on menu execution and portion control
