Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic math skills for inventory and cost management
  • Ability to comply with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience in kitchen operations or food service preferred

  • Ability to train and motivate staff

Job Duties

  • Assist in ordering and keeping inventory of products
  • Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget
  • Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented
  • Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours
  • Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
