Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory and cost management
- Ability to comply with health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Assist in ordering and keeping inventory of products
- Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget
- Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented
- Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours
- Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
