Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow food safety standards
- Willingness to assist in hands-on cooking duties
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a kitchen supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong culinary and food preparation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Manage and run kitchen operations in partnership with the Kitchen Manager
- Prepare menus and oversee food preparation
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing coaching
- Participate in cooking and food preparation as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintain kitchen inventory and order supplies
