Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field
- minimum of one year supervisory experience
- knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid
- ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as per state regulations

Job Duties
- Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
- keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork from stocking supplies to supporting service
- handle lost items with care managing access to sensitive areas and ensuring health standards are never compromised
- ensure every surface tool and space is spotless and up to code maintaining sanitation standards
- enforce safety practices and smart decisions within the kitchen environment
