Job Requirements

  • ServSafe Food Handler certification
  • RAMP Alcohol certification
  • minimum 1 year of related F&B experience
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • proficiency with computers and office tasks

Job Duties

  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation for our outlet and events
  • maintain quality, portion control, and sanitation standards
  • train, coach, and schedule culinary and F&B staff
  • assist with onboarding and cross-training
  • support inventory management, cost control, and vendor invoice processing
  • enforce health codes, HACCP guidelines, and safety policies
  • assist with menu execution, special events, and guest engagement
  • provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, AP processing, and certification coordination
  • cover shifts in culinary or bartending as needed
