Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe Food Handler certification
- RAMP Alcohol certification
- minimum 1 year of related F&B experience
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- proficiency with computers and office tasks

Job Duties
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation for our outlet and events
- maintain quality, portion control, and sanitation standards
- train, coach, and schedule culinary and F&B staff
- assist with onboarding and cross-training
- support inventory management, cost control, and vendor invoice processing
- enforce health codes, HACCP guidelines, and safety policies
- assist with menu execution, special events, and guest engagement
- provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, AP processing, and certification coordination
- cover shifts in culinary or bartending as needed
