Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in large complex food and beverage operations
  • Culinary Arts or Culinary Certificate preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary Arts or Culinary Certificate preferred
  • Minimum two years experience in large, complex food and beverage operations
  • Strong focus on hospitality and brand management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership experience in team supervision

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations including opening and closing tasks
  • Ensure equipment operability and perform safety walkthroughs
  • Supervise and motivate kitchen team to meet quality and presentation standards
  • Manage cleanliness, organization, and maintenance tasks within the kitchen
  • Train kitchen staff on procedures and safety practices
  • Report equipment repairs and staff-related issues promptly to management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
