Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in large complex food and beverage operations
- Culinary Arts or Culinary Certificate preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen work environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership experience in team supervision
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including opening and closing tasks
- Ensure equipment operability and perform safety walkthroughs
- Supervise and motivate kitchen team to meet quality and presentation standards
- Manage cleanliness, organization, and maintenance tasks within the kitchen
- Train kitchen staff on procedures and safety practices
- Report equipment repairs and staff-related issues promptly to management
- Perform additional duties as assigned
