Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a food service or retail environment
  • High school diploma or GED or ability to complete employer-paid GED program
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
  • Comfortable using technology, including inventory management software
  • Strong focus on providing exceptional team leadership and support
  • Active ServSafe Certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a top-performing team dedicated to excellent back-of-house operations
  • Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth, efficient operations
  • Ensure all food products meet Dash In's quality standards and are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide your team with the tools and resources needed for outstanding performance, including ongoing training and support
  • Streamline processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence
  • Maintain effective communication with the BOH Manager regarding inventory needs, equipment maintenance, and staff performance
  • Complete assigned tasks as directed by the BOH Manager and ensure timely execution of daily operations
