Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a food service or retail environment
- High school diploma or GED or ability to complete employer-paid GED program
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
- Comfortable using technology, including inventory management software
- Strong focus on providing exceptional team leadership and support
- Active ServSafe Certification is a plus

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a top-performing team dedicated to excellent back-of-house operations
- Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Ensure all food products meet Dash In's quality standards and are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide your team with the tools and resources needed for outstanding performance, including ongoing training and support
- Streamline processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence
- Maintain effective communication with the BOH Manager regarding inventory needs, equipment maintenance, and staff performance
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by the BOH Manager and ensure timely execution of daily operations
