- at least two years of experience in large complex operations with focus on food and beverage programs hospitality and brand management
- ability to frequently stand bend kneel lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Have responsibility for all kitchen-related tasks including opening and closing the kitchen
- turn equipment on and off
- check for equipment operability
- conduct food safety walkthroughs
- monitor team member check-ins
- maintain a clean and safe work area
- assist kitchen management with inventory preparation presentation safety and sanitation
- ensure quality expectations are met in food preparation and presentation
- motivate cooks to prepare menu items consistently
- supervise daily operations including cleanliness repair and maintenance organization and side work
- ensure team members meet kitchen goals and objectives daily
- train kitchen staff and demonstrate safety techniques to prevent damage and injury
- ensure timely reporting of equipment repairs and team member injuries or issues to kitchen management
- perform other duties as assigned or requested
