Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Experience leading a kitchen or back of house team preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to manage food and labor costs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
