Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Some high school attendance required
- Previous similar work experience preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
- Ability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Thoroughly wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Communicate effectively with cooks and culinary staff about kitchen needs
- Adhere to health and safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Complete assigned side work to support kitchen operations
- Assist in the timely and efficient turnover of kitchenware
- Uphold the club's core values by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork
