Job Duties

  • Lead the stewards to ensure the kitchen and food and beverage outlets meet the highest sanitation standards
  • supervise the collection, sorting, and separation of dishes, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and equipment
  • supply the kitchen and wait staff with clean utensils and dishes and deliver kitchen equipment between outlets
  • ensure dishwashing conveyor and related equipment are well maintained, cleaned, and operated according to standard
  • contact service representatives for repairs and follow up to ensure completion
  • oversee cleaning schedules for all kitchens and related areas to ensure cleanliness for health inspections
  • oversee packing, transportation, and inventory of china, glassware, and silverware for banquet events
  • conduct daily stand-up meetings to communicate property information
