Job Duties
- Lead stewards to ensure kitchen and food and beverage outlets meet highest sanitation standards
- supervise collection and sorting of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment
- supply kitchen and wait staff with clean utensils and dishes
- deliver kitchen equipment between resort outlets
- maintain and operate dishwashing conveyor and related equipment
- contact service representatives for repairs and ensure completion
- oversee cleaning schedules to ensure proper cleanliness for health inspections
- manage packing and transportation of banquet items and inventory returns
- facilitate daily stand up meetings to communicate property information
