Job Duties
- cleaning kitchen and heart of house areas such as dusting, mopping, scrubbing, washing, buffing
- maintaining cleanliness of all major kitchen equipment and food and beverage facilities
- cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- ensuring chinaware, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment are guest-ready
- polishing silverware
- stocking kitchen with adequate cleaning supplies, chinaware, cooking equipment, and supplies
- picking up and disposing of trash, cardboard, and compost in all food and beverage areas including employee cafeteria
- preparing kitchen by ensuring adequate chinaware, silverware, and kitchen utensils are ready for the next shift
