Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 25 lbs
- Available to work weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in wet and/or humid conditions and tolerate exposure to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and extreme heat
- Must be reliable and have a positive attitude
- Must be able to follow all safety protocols

Job Duties
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-maintained and organized at all times
- Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with regulations and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Work well under pressure and within the time limit
- Additional duties as requested by management
