Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience helpful
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift heavy items safely
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Basic understanding of sanitation and safety standards
Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware including washing by hand and operating washing equipment
Thoroughly clean service ware, cookware, and utensils including polishing stainless and silverware
Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cooking surfaces clean
Empty, wash, and return trash bins that are over three quarters full
Keep the wash area organized and tidy
Assist with special and deep cleaning projects
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
