Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow sanitation guidelines and procedures

- Previous experience in a similar kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Ability to operate pot-washing machinery
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Job Duties
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times
- Clean and sanitize pots, pans, cups, bowls, utensils and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following established procedures
- Clean and maintain floors and work stations in the kitchen
- Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines
- Collect and remove trash from department areas following established guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
