Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One year of food service work experience is preferred
  • Must be able to complete any classes or certifications required
  • Able to obtain a valid Racing License

  • Understanding all kitchen equipment and appliances for maintenance and cleaning purposes
  • Basic knowledge of chemical usage and ability to meet OSHA regulations and health department standards
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment

Job Duties

  • Responsible for cleaning kitchen work areas and food service equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, washing work tables and walls, and overall kitchen cleanliness
  • Responsible for removing trash, cleaning trash cans, washing dishes by hand or in the dishwasher, and cleaning fryers and vents
  • Responsible for reporting any maintenance required for kitchen areas and ensure food service equipment is in proper working order
  • Responsible for stocking and cleanliness of Team Member breakroom
  • Assist with stocking of non-alcoholic beverage stations
  • Ensure the safety and security of Team Members
