This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. Unlike positions directly hired by McDonald’s USA, the franchisee operates as a separate company and is entirely responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline. This means that if you are hired, your employer will be the independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee’s distinct management structure ensures that employment matters are handled locally by the individual restaurant owner.

Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic by cleaning the floors, equipment and dining room
- provide excellent customer service to all guests
- follow all food safety and hygiene policies
- assist with stock management and product replenishment
- operate kitchen and front-of-house equipment safely and efficiently
