Job Description
This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not directly by McDonald's USA. While this franchisee operates under McDonald's globally recognized brand and uses its logos and food products, it functions as an independent company responsible for all employment matters. This means that if hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee who manages hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee supervision. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work flexible hours including part-time and full-time shifts
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

- No prior experience required as training is provided
- Ability to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
