Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, grasp, lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise manipulate objects regularly
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Willingness and ability to work throughout various buildings and outdoor areas including navigating uneven terrain
- A growing Christian faith with desire to deploy spiritual gifts
- Agreement with T Bar M's doctrinal statement and ministry values
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a camp ministry environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and adaptability

Job Duties
- Execute the preparation and cooking of meals as directed by the Kitchen Director
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare ingredients including meat and vegetables
- Measure meal ingredients according to recipes
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- Set up and restock breakout spaces with beverages and supplies
- Protect kitchen equipment and report damages or inadequacies
- Engage positively with guests and staff providing ministry-oriented service
- Assist with property care and contribute to ministry goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
