- previous experience in a kitchen environment
- ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- support kitchen and front of house in cleanliness and quality of food preparation
- work across all kitchen stations including prep, line cook, expo, and dishwashing
- maintain sanitation standards according to company policies
- prepare food products in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
