Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail

- Experience working all stations of a kitchen including prep, line cook, expo, and dishwashing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working effectively on a team
- Knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation standards in a kitchen setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Support kitchen and front of house in cleanliness and quality of food preparation
- Work all kitchen stations including prep, line cook, expo, and dishwashing
- Provide timely preparation of food product in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards consistently
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth operation
- Uphold high-quality food product standards
- Assist in promoting a positive team environment
