Job Duties
- prepare and smoke meats
- manage walk-in and drive-thru orders as cashier
- assist with expo, curbside, and guest services as counter server
- prepare sides and desserts from scratch
- maintain cleanliness and utility duties as dishwasher
- follow recipes and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with team to fulfill orders and maintain station cleanliness
