Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid food handler's card
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- A valid food handler's card
Job Duties
- Preparing and cooking pizzas, salads, and other menu items to Grimaldi's high standards
- Restocking ingredients, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring food safety practices
- Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas
- Organizing and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment
- Supporting the team and performing other duties as assigned by the manager
